What you Need
Container ( I use a protein shake mixer)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Greek yogurt- the more you add the thicker it is- I use 2 tablespoons
